【日越交流書道展覧会 in ベトナム②】

この度、「女性の日」の祝賀を記念し、ベトナム・ホーチミン市青年文化センター（国営施設）にて開催された【日越交流書道展覧会】に参加させていただきました。
会場には、日越両国の書家や文化関係者が集まり、温かな交流のひとときとなりました。

今回の書道パフォーマンスでは、心を込めて「友好」という文字を書かせていただきました。
ベトナムと日本がこれからもより深く結ばれ、お互いに刺激を与え合いながら、共に発展していくことを願い、筆を運びました。
「友好」という二文字に込めたのは、国を超えた人と人とのつながり、そして相手を思いやる心です。

どの国でも、平和の礎となるのは“国民同士のつながり”だと思っています。
文化を通じて心を通わせ、笑顔で言葉を交わすことが、何よりの平和への一歩。
今回の展覧会を通じて、その大切さを改めて実感いたしました。

これからも書を通して、国や世代を越えた「心の交流」を大切に活動を続けていきたいと思います。
素晴らしい機会をいただきましたこと、心より感謝申し上げます。

To celebrate “Women’s Day,” I had the honor of participating in the Japan–Vietnam Calligraphy Exchange Exhibition held at the Ho Chi Minh City Youth Cultural Center, a national cultural facility in Vietnam.
The event brought together calligraphers and cultural figures from both Japan and Vietnam, creating a warm and inspiring atmosphere of friendship and exchange.

During the calligraphy performance, I wrote the word “Friendship” with all my heart.
With each stroke, I wished for Japan and Vietnam to deepen their bonds, inspire one another, and continue to grow together in harmony.
The word “Friendship” embodies the connection between people beyond borders—and the spirit of mutual respect and understanding.

I truly believe that the foundation of peace in any country lies in the connection between its people.
Through culture, we can communicate heart to heart, share smiles, and strengthen the ties that unite us.
This exhibition reminded me once again how important such human connections are for lasting peace.

Through calligraphy, I hope to continue fostering “heart-to-heart exchanges” that transcend nations and generations.
I am deeply grateful for this wonderful opportunity and for the warm welcome I received in Vietnam.
